Cover art for an independent country artist’s debut

Amy Moore recorded her debut EP, Free Spirit, in early 2023. As a country music fan myself, Amy asked me to create digital artwork for streaming platforms, plus print artwork for the physical copies.

Amy planned to release three digital singles from the EP. To present them as a collection, I used the same illustration and typographical treatment in three different colour ways.

For the full EP artwork, I wanted to capture the 'Free Spirit' theme. To do this, I used unplanned paint strokes to create a watercolour design. Also, I made the EP name a prominent feature, instead of integrated into the illustration.

Free Spirit is now available on iTunes and all major streaming platforms. Physical copies were distributed at select music vendors and performances.
